Dow Building Services has been serving Arkansas since 1985 with building maintenance, janitorial services, carpet cleaning and many other environmental services. We currently provide janitorial services to over 5 million square feet each day and employ more than 500 people throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Missouri. What We're Hearing...

In 2006, Ozark Guidance Center entered into a relationship with Dow Building Services by giving them the first building. Due to their professional management style, later that year we gave them another. Their supervisors weekly visits with our staff is a plus. They have provided a two way nightly notebook for communications and information. Over the years, dealing with other services, we have found that they are far superior. We hope to be with them far into the future. They now have seven of our buildings.
