The DOW Team
Our work begins and ends with quality.
The DOW Team is a leader in Janitorial and Building Maintenance Service.
Dow Building Services is a family owned business founded in 1985. We built our reputation by offering professional commercial janitorial services, but we offer much more than just janitorial. We offer Total Building Service Maintenance (TBM).
What does TBM mean to you as a building owner or manager? It means you can turn to one source for all your building maintenance needs, including:
- Janitorial
- Grounds maintenance

- Dust control to walk off mat/towel rental
- and more
We have a large group of satisfied clients because we are responsive, have hands-on supervision, offer innovative training and motivation for our employees, and we have a sound business and financial background.
We know that your building is not only a place where people work but is also a reflection of you and your company's image. Our performance for you and your company is a reflection of our company. And our success depends on how happy you are with our service.

We try to hire the right people, give them proper specifications and precise written work schedules and monitor their performance. We appreciate your taking the time to consider Dow Building Services. Please contact us by E-Mail or telephone.

moved
to California with her parents. It was there that she
trained and worked in surgery for seven years. This

Earlene and her husband started
a residential cleaning company in Wisconsin that grew
into a commercial cleaning
business with 25 full-time employees that she and
her husband operated. She has experience in selling accounts,

crews and insuring work is being completed properly according
