Earlene grew up in the mid-west where she graduated from Roxana High School in 1981. After graduation, she moved to California with her parents. It was there that she trained and worked in surgery for seven years. This is where her eye for detail comes in.

Earlene and her husband started a residential cleaning company in Wisconsin that grew into a commercial cleaning business with 25 full-time employees that she and her husband operated.
