Receptionist/Admin Assistant - North Little Rock Back to Listings

We are currently seeking a full time receptionist/admin assistant. Your first responsibility will be greeting visitors and answering the many phone calls we receive daily. You will also need some accounting experience since this position handles: daily bank deposits, entering in Accounts payable, running checks and mailing them out. As well as other duties as assigned.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We offer medical.dental,vision,and life insurance.
Attendance is extremely important for this position.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written format.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
