We are excited to announce December Employee of the Month winner Taneisha Patterson.   Taneisha also known as “T” has been part of the DOW family for a year this month as a Southside Floater.  Her Area Manager, Sonya Triplett, says that “she is an awesome worker, very nice, always smiling and always willing to help when you need it.”  Sonya goes on to say, “everyone requests to keep Taneisha at their facility when she fills in.”  We could always use more Taneisha’s at DOW.  Way to go and keep up the great work!
