Congratulations to our November Employee of the Month, Leverne Morris.  Leverne has been a member of the DOW Team since August 2019, and he cleans AFCU, Jacksonville Main and AFCU, Cabot. 

     Since his time here, Leverne has shown exemplary character and work ethic.  His Area Supervisor, Kendrick Cross says this about Leverne.  “The AFCU, Cabot Manager consistently has positive things to say about Leverne. One day on the job, Leverne found a lost wallet in the bathroom and quickly turned it over to him to be returned to the owner.” 

     We value hard working, honest employees and for that Leverne has earned this month’s recognition!  We all appreciate your efforts and are proud to have you on the DOW Team.  Keep up the good work, Leverne!

    Our Employee of the Month for October is Timothy Sparr from Baxter Labs in Mountain Home.  Timothy has been with DOW for two years now and is a valuable asset to the Dow Cleaning Team.

    His supervisor, Susan Haley, states “Timothy always does what is asked of him and will go the extra mile to find other things that are needed done during his shift.”

     Timothy is well respected among his peers and we are fortunate to have him working with us at Baxter Labs. He is seen by his supervisors and coworkers as an example for other employees to model themselves after.

    Congratulations to Septembers Employee of the Month, Barbara Yakish. Barbara has worked for DOW as a floater out of the Hot Springs office since February, 2019.

    Andrew Klich, the Hot Springs Area Manager, says this about Barbara, “I would personally like to thank Barbara for the help she provided to me in Hot Springs while everyone else was down in Malvern at the Malvern School District summer clean. Barbara was instrumental in helping train new hires and assisted watching some critical accounts for me. Her help was vastly appreciated.”

    Thank you, Barbara, for all of your hard work, and congratulations on winning this award. It is very well deserved!

    Congratulations to Sharon McCoy, who is our 3rd quarter Janus Award Winner!  Sharon works as our full-time Day Porter at Maverick’s Sleeper Unit, and she's been with DOW for over 15 years.  

    Craig Scott, North Area Manager, has this to say about Sharon. “She is not just a good employee, but a hard worker.” He goes on to say, “she continues to go above and beyond the call of duty.  Besides being reliable, and consistent at her job, she always has a smile for you.  I’m proud to know her and have her working for us at Maverick.”
