Full-time applicants undergo a pre-employment drug screening, and we perform random drug tests for full-time and part-time employees thereafter.

A photo I.D. badge is issued and all employees are uniformed so that they may be easily identified as employees of DOW Building Services. The importance of respect for our customer’s property is stressed during orientation and during the formal training period. Should a question arise concerning security matters, we respond immediately and endeavor with your cooperation to identify and rectify any security weakness. DOW Building Services has miniature video cameras and security video monitoring/recording equipment for use in investigating suspected theft.
