Our computerized systems ensure that our team members are on the job and alerts managers of any absences, so replacements can be assigned.

Time & Attendance Management
Our TeamTime and TeleTeam systems not only reduce the chance for timekeeping error, but make the process more efficient.
A fully integrated, automatic telephone timekeeping system, TeleTeam utilizes Caller ID technology to verify employees' presence at job sites. If a caller's location does not match up with a valid job site, TeleTeam immediately sends a page to an administrator.
The employee checks in by pressing 1, then hangs up the phone. TeamTime logs the check-in time for payroll and billing purposes. Later, when the employee is done working, he calls TeleTeam again. This time, after entering his identification number, he presses 2 to check out. The computer logs the check out time for payroll and billing. If the employee had called from home or any other invalid job location to check in or check out, TeleTeam’s Caller ID feature will page a supervisor to notify them of the problem.
Some of our jobsites use our TeamClock system, an on-site timeclock for our team members. Employees swipe their time cards through TeamClock, and it instantly records/stores time, employee identification, and hours types. TeamClock then uploads timekeeping records directly into our system, so we know very quickly of any site tardiness or absenteeism.
Online Logbook
We also use internet technology to streamline communication with you and save you time. Using our online Communication Logbook on this Web site, you can easily notify us of your needs or concerns without having to shuffle paperwork.

What We're Hearing...
In 2006, Ozark Guidance Center entered into a relationship with Dow Building Services by giving them the first building. Due to their professional management style, later that year we gave them another. Their supervisors weekly visits with our staff is a plus. They have provided a two way nightly notebook for communications and information. Over the years, dealing with other services, we have found that they are far superior. We hope to be with them far into the future. They now have seven of our buildings.
