What we're hearing...

Ussery Construction Consultants, Inc. is a construction project and property management company. Currently, my company manages a Class A office building located at 1000 SWN Drive, Conway, AR with 116,095 SF of leasable space. The construction of this building completed in 2010, and it was LEED- certified in 2011. Many office buildings that are 10 years old will look worn and outdated, but that is not the case here. 

I directly attribute the maintained beauty and elegance of this building to DOW's cleaning practices and their attention to detail. Over the years, this building has undergone many changes, as it pertains to business tenants and the number of personnel working on-site. Since 2010, DOW has been extremely flexible with their level of service. As down-sizing occurred and areas of the building were vacated, DOW would decrease their cost based upon the unused space. When space was leased, they would add services back to ensure all areas were cleaned according to their standards of excellence. DOW has been more than just a service provider. They have truly been a business partner, which is difficult to find in their industry. 

I would highly recommend DOW - Pritchard to any company who wants to ensure a clean work environment not only for the sanitation and health of their employees, but also for maintaining the value of a physical asset.
