We have proven that if we provide consistent quality service, our clients and those familiar with our firm will not hesitate to place their credibility on the line by recommending us. More than 75% of our business is generated by client referrals. This is the reputation we have earned and proven time and again. It's built on performance, not promises.
Quality janitorial service revolves around good people trained to properly clean your facility. It’s that simple. At DOW, our policy is to hire the right people, give them proper specifications and precise written work schedules, and monitor their performance.
All our janitorial staff is selectively screened and tested. They are well trained and motivated, and we pay our workers a higher wage than the local industry standard. All this adds up to the highest quality person working in your building. But, we don’t stop with just good people cleaning your facility. There is always a person available to you - never an answering machine. DOW Operations Management are always accessible to you 7 days a week. Communicating with our customers is extremely important to us.
