In December 2020, DOW was purchased by Prichard industries, continuing to do business as DOW Building Services. We have been serving Arkansas since 1985 with janitorial services, environmental services, carpet, ceramic, and vinyl floor maintenance, and other building services. We currently provide services to over 5 million square feet each day and employ more than 500 people throughout Arkansas. Dow Worsham II

Dow Worsham II, a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School, has been a resident of North Little Rock, AR since 1963. He has been in the building service industry since 1979.
In 1985, Dow was named President and Chief Executive Officer. As President, Dow completely reorganized and redirected the company. He strongly believes that to be the best, you have to hire good people, properly train them, pay above average wages, supervise their performance, and maintain strong communication with the customer. Through his direction, DOW Building Services has grown to over 400 employees providing service throughout Arkansas.
Dow’s strongest professional assets are his commitment to customer satisfaction, his leadership skills, and a focused drive to be the best. He is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE), a designation of Building Service Contractors Association International, earned by a select few nationally.
Larry A. Tanner

Larry A. Tanner, a resident of Central Arkansas since 1969, came to work for DOW Building Services in September of 1990.
From 1990 until 1995, Larry worked in all aspects of the cleaning industry for DOW Building Services. He cleaned accounts, performed floor and carpet maintenance, trained crews, and supervised the cleaning for several accounts. In 1996, Larry was named Area Manager of the North Division, where he directed the floor crews, float crews, area supervisors, and supervised all accounts in the Central Arkansas area.
In 1998, Larry was promoted to Area Manager, and in July, 2006, he was promoted to Director of Operations, the position he still holds today. He has taken classes in carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and attended industry trade shows learning new and improved ways to maintain our accounts. He is a Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM), a designation of the Building Service Contractors Association International, earned by a select few nationally. Larry has taken the Leadership Training for Managers, and the Dale Carnegie courses given by Dale Carnegie and Associates.
South Central Area Manager

Sonya Smith was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she graduated from Pulaski High School.
Sonya’s path to the Janitorial Services business came after a move from California to Arkansas. In California, Sonya worked as a C.N.A. for many years. When she arrived in Arkansas, she began her journey in this industry.
Sonya has been with DOW since 2006, starting here first as a full-time floater for the North Side. Her talents were quickly recognized, and after 1 year, she was promoted to the position of Supervisor for the Environmental Services Division where she served for 4 years. As a result of Sonya’s continuing hard work and dedication, she was promoted to South Central Area Manager in April of 2013.
She strives for excellence in herself and her staff, and she works hard to achieve her customers’ goals in cleaning their facilities. Sonya has a hands on approach with her contacts and her employees alike.
Craig A. Scott
RBSM, North Side Area Manager

Craig is a native of New Orleans, LA, where he was a graduate of Francis T. Nicholls High School.
Before relocating to Arkansas in August 2005, he began his long career in janitorial services working for federal contractors where he gained vast knowledge in all phases of custodial care. He received national recognition for service to federal agencies when he earned the Superior Accomplishment Award in 1989.
While employed with Goodwill Industries, he was promoted from Supervisor to Manager in October, 1989. During his tenure at Goodwill, Craig received certification for janitorial training, supervisory skills, and marketing skills. He also received NISH awards for management of federal contracts.
Later in his career, he held several managerial positions with leading janitorial providers in the New Orleans region.
Craig joined DOW Building Services in February, 2006. His skills, knowledge and thoroughness have been a welcome addition to the Dow Management Team.
RBSM, Northwest Arkansas Area Manager

Ramona Meeker has lived in Arkansas since 1989, and currently resides in Springdale with her husband, Gary. She grew up in Iowa where she graduated from Fort Madison High School in 1983. Upon moving to Arkansas, she worked as an Environmental Services Supervisor at St. Mary’s Hospital, a position she maintained for almost a decade.
Ramona then took a position as a Plant Trainer for Rockline in 1998 until 2004, when she transitioned back into the commercial cleaning industry as an Area Manager for Outsource Partners. She also was the Head of Housekeeping at the Hilton Garden Inn from 2006 to 2008, working two full-time jobs to help her daughter, Ashley get through college.
It is this work ethic and dedication that made her a great fit for DOW Building Services. She joined DOW in January, 2010. Ramona’s duties include customer communications, quality assurance, controlling direct costs for accounts, coordinating and supervising staff, and preparing schedules for area supervisors and floor crews.
Hot Springs Area Manager

Danny Clark joined DOW in February of 2022. He brings with him over 20 years of management skills most recently honed in his own business venture, Clark Custom Designs. Prior to that, he managed Family Dollar and Dollar General Stores in Arkansas and Louisiana for 12 years. Prior to Dollar General, Danny was in management with Wal Mart Stores Inc.
A native of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Danny brings to DOW his results-oriented management style along with the desire to motivate others through his leadership. We are excited to have him on our team and look forward to his desire to see the Hot Springs area grow and prosper.
Danny is married to his wife, Cheryl, and they have a beautiful daughter, Baley.
Jonesboro Area Manager

Area Manager, Bridgett Temple is a lifelong resident of Jonesboro. She has many years of experience in the janitorial business and has been with us for a total of 4 years. Bridgett was promoted into her new role, having started as a part-time cleaner for DOW, then moved to a supervisor position, then office assistant/float and now to her new role as Area Manager. Talk about working your way up the ladder…..We are very happy to have her join the Managerial ranks at DOW/Pritchard. Bridgett has three sons that make her very proud and in her spare time, she’s likes to go camping and fishing as often as possible.

Dianne Thompson, joined DOW Building Services in July of 2020. Originally from Wynne, she came to Central Arkansas in 1992. Since that time, Dianne has spent 20 years in the commercial and residential janitorial services industry, most of it recently in Supervision and Management. She brings to the Team a wealth of knowledge which has proven to be of great benefit to DOW. Dianne is a people person who loves working with the different personalities she has met at DOW, and she enjoys problem solving to get the best possible result in any given situation. Dianne has 4 sons – Gavon, Tarrance, Taiwan and Jared, and is the Grandmother of 6 which are the apples of her eyes.
