• Clean the windows (yes, that means the outside too)

• Clean the exterior of the building by soft-washing or adding a fresh coat of paint, to look new all over again.

• Pressure washing your driveway or parking lot, brings your property back to life.

• Give your fence some attention; replacing slats and pressure washing removes the mold and green/black discoloration.

• Keep the clutter down by trimming those trees and hedges back.  This will also reduce the organic materials that can grow on your building causing additional damage.

• Fix up your entry, adding a splash of color with some plants or flowers will add a great deal of curb appeal.
