Congratulations to Charlie Gray for earning our 3rd Quarter Janus Award. Charlie works out of our Northwest Arkansas regional office in Springdale. Charlie’s Area Manager, Ramona Meeker, says, “he has worked in some capacity for DOW since 2008.” Charlie left for a short time but returned to us this year as a parttime employee, that position soon turned in to full-time with since the pandemic has created so many more opportunities within the company. Ramona goes on to say, “We call him the ‘Electrostatic Man’; I can't remember what this branch did without Charlie. He really goes the extra mile for us. We truly appreciate all that he does for our team and for DOW.” We are grateful for Charlie and the pride puts into his work and glad to have him back in the DOW family. What an honor to have someone so dedicated to their job on our team.
