Join us congratulating Oscar Tejada out of our Hot Springs office for earning the Employee of The Month Award in April 2021.  Oscar has been a part of the DOW family since November of 2004.  Currently, he is a floor tech at Davita Dialysis in Hot Springs.  Eric Hankins, Hot Springs Area Manager, says this about Oscar, “he takes a great amount of pride in his work. During the record snowstorms last month, Oscar found a way to get to work every day because he knew how important it was for the patients who need Dialysis.”  Eric went on to say, “not only did he do his floor work, he did all the cleaning and also shoveled their sidewalks. Oscar's dedication is truly inspiring.” We are proud to have Oscar representing DOW and appreciate his hard work.
