Congratulations go to Adam Williams and Charles Backus for earning the shared title of Employee of the Month. Adam has been a member of the DOW family since January 2005 and Charles since October 2015, they are one of our veteran teams.  Central Arkansas Area Manager North, Craig Scott, says his floor tech crew were most deserving of this recognition. Craig says, “recently the duo have been praised for by our customers for their exceptional floor work. Whether it’s performing a carpet extraction, cleaning chairs, or stripping and waxing tile, the end results have been      higher than our already high standards.”  Craig had so much to say about this team but didn’t want to go without saying, “I also want to give them credit for being ready to help out when needed day, night, or weekends. Thanks to them we can stand behind a job very well done!  Wow, Thank you both for the pride you take in your work and for being an asset to DOW!
