Megan Smith joined the DOW team at the beginning of 2021 as the Business Development and Quality Assurance Manager. Quickly, she set the stage on the value she brings to the table. Megan has an innate ability to connect and engage with her clients which allows her to understand their needs and expectations.
With the integration of a dedicated quality assurance program and Megan behind the wheel, our customers will have the benefit of an elevated, customer-facing experience.
