Big Shout out to Erica Petty for her deserving win of Employee of the Month for December.  Erica has been part of the DOW family for one year this month and works at our Arkansas Federal Credit Union branch in Maumelle.  Her Area Manager, Craig Scott, says “Erica is an exemplary employee. Her building inspections are always on point with little to no deficiency.” Craig went on to say, “we are happy to have her as part of the team.
