Sonya Triplett, Southside Area Manager & Alea Carnicle, Southside Area Supervisor put their heads together to write this great article about our man, José.

     Here’s a big CONGRATS to José Garcia, our Employee of the 4th Quarter, 2022.  He works out of the NLR headquarters and FYI, is more than likely the best floor tech in the entire State of Arkansas. 

     José shows pride in everything he does and always goes above and beyond what is asked of him.  It doesn’t matter if he is stripping and waxing floors or filling in for a Cleaner that didn’t show to their building, he’s here at a moments notice if we need him, and his partner, Craig, is right beside him.

     José has been with DOW for almost 15 years now, and he has contributed a lot to the South Side team over the years.  We hope he will be here for many, many more.  Congratulations on this well deserved recognition, José!
