Congratulations goes out to Roberto Sibaja for winning the Employee of the Month for February. 

     Roberto works 6 days a week for DOW at McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville. His Area Manager, Ramona Meeker, has this to say about Roberto.   “Roberto has been with us going on 2 years now, and he does a great job. I can always count on him no matter what and that’s huge for us!”
